A beautifully delicate Necklace by Louis Rousselet FRANCE. 

The identifiable  Rousselet elements are:

The plaited leather,  the filigree leather connections, the tiny spacer disc at the side of the small beads, the long link shape, the bow tie links.

I suspect the filigree and bowties may be gold filled, as they are brighter than the rest of the metal.

There is a manufacturers die stamping flaw on the filigree that caps the pendant bead. It is stable and will not move, should be left as is.
